The Group Exercise Department at Island Club and Spa offers a variety of fitness classes in a friendly, welcoming environment that encourages member participation. Our certified, passionate and skilled instructors teach safe, innovative, and motivational classes that are set to great music and are designed to increase muscular strength, improve flexibility, and challenge cardiovascular endurance.
Classes and formats include Island Body Sculpt, Island Body Flow, Island Body Conditioning, Zumba, Kickboxing, Cycle, Stretch, Pilates and more. Each class is designed to target particular muscle development whether it is through strength, agility, mobility, flexibility, endurance or mind/body connection. Our highly trained instructors lead classes in a safe manner and will motivate and challenge you to reach your full potential with each visit.
